PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Spacious and exclusive two-story house, featuring 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Located in a vibrant yet peaceful residential neighborhood, this thoughtfully designed property offers cozy bedrooms, a mix of attached and detached bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and an inviting living area. Step outside to a fully fenced backyard with an exclusive terrace and outdoor seating. Enjoy a balcony view, plus both reserved and street parking. Additional amenities include in-unit washer/dryer, express check-in/check-out, keyless entry, fast WiFi, and cable TV. Perfect for business travelers and casual getaways.
Although the house can also be accessed from the backyard, guests are expected to check in from the front entrance. The code will only work with the front door.

- Bedroom #3: 1 Queen bed (In Room), 1 Twin-size air mattress (stored in Hallway Closet)
- Bedroom #4: 1 Queen bed (In Room), 1 Twin-size air mattress (stored in Hallway Closet)
* Downstairs:
- Bedroom #A: 1 Queen bed & 1 Double futon (In Room), 1 Single camper cot (stored in Hallway Closet).
- Bedroom #B: 1 Queen bed (In Room), 1 Twin-size air mattress (stored in Hallway Closet)
GUEST ACCESS
- 6 bedrooms, 3 attached baths (en-suite, stand showers), and 2 detached bath (external private bath located outside of the room, just a couple of steps down the hall).
- 5 Queen beds, 1 Single sleeper sofa, 2 Double futons, 2 Single camper cots, and 4 Twin-size air mattresses.
- In each Bedroom: Beddings and linens, flat screen TVs, folding desk and chair, night lamp and stand, luggage rack, storage dresser, shelf, hangers, extension cord, and trash can.
- In each Bathroom: Hair dryer, towel hooks, toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, hand soap, tumbler, bathtub or stand shower, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bathroom mat, trash can, toilet brush and plunger.
- In each Kitchen: Dining tables and chairs, 4-burner electric range, oven, oven mitts, trivets, baking sheet, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, dish rack, dish soap, sponge, and dish brush, garbage bin and trash bags, laundry hamper, dustpan and brush, all-purpose cleaner and room spray, paper towels and dish cloths, baking sheet, knives and cutting boards, cups and glasses, wine and can openers, colanders, cookware and cooking utensils, placemats, dinnerware, and cutlery sets. Complimentary hot beverages and condiments.
- In the Living room Upstairs: Sleeper sofa, coffee table, end table and lamp, console table, and counter stools.
- In the Closets: Extra beds (air mattresses and cots), extra blankets, pillows, and bed sheets, irons, iron boards, air mattresses, extra toilet paper, extra towels, extra batteries for electronics, laundry bags, and first aid kit.
- Six (6) reserved parking spots.
- Access to the balcony deck, backyard and outdoor sittings.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
- We give guests space but are available when needed.
- We encourage our guests to enjoy the freedom and flexibility of self-service lodging. Please note that the guesthouse is not staffed, and there is no front desk or reception to answer phone calls. From the time a reservation is made until the day of arrival, communication will primarily take place via messaging, texting, or email. While phone calls may occasionally be returned, we recommend leaving clear voice messages, as all voicemails are carefully noted. After check-in, guests are welcome to contact us anytime via call, text, or email, and we’ll respond promptly.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- No daily room service is provided. Room will only be cleaned after checking out. Extra room service is provided for an additional charge.
- For liability reasons, only visitors with prior approval from the host may enter the premises. Additional overnight guests must be registered and paid.
- The house (2,220ft2 or 206m2) currently best serves up to 20 people. Children under 4 years of age stay free of charge in the existing beds. We could work out reasonable pricing for additional guests.
- It’s recommended to use the hairdryers in the bathrooms. Only use the designated and marked outlet in the bedrooms for ironing or hairdryers.
- Each reserved parking spot is spaced to fit a Sedan or Compact. SUV should be fine but probably a bit tight. Please keep this in mind when parking or reserving car rentals. Only six (6) on-site parking spots can be reserved for each booking. Additional cars under the same booking need to find street parking and adhere to the local parking restrictions.
- Per request and if available, we can accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs.
- Noise-free rooms are not guaranteed.
- Guests must climb stairs: A short flight of stairs (6 steps) from the ground entrance to the rooms.
- Exterior security cameras present in public areas only (parking lot and front porch).
- The fireplace in Room #1 is decorative only.
