Close to places to eat, you could ride a scooter or bike around.
The outlets need to be fixed. It’s not convenient. You have to unplug something in one room to use another. Cold but the heat fans helped.

It was very conveniently located and quiet at night time. The apartment has lots of space and the beds were very comfortable; the kitchen amenities were nice as well

Good location near bus stop, had plenty of street parking, clean. Comfortable beds. Definitely just fine for the price.
Very poor weather sealing on doors and windows (which is an easy fix), leading it to be cold and ambient noise to penetrate very easily (both mornings were highlighted by hearing unwell, unhoused individuals screaming at the top of their lungs.) Trashcan was an electric one, but batteries were dead so we had to remove the entire top to access it. The front door lock has to be held in the perfect position to lock it, otherwise it just kicks it back repeatedly. House is older, sure, but about $100 of weather stripping, and some TLC would increase enjoyment by 20%.
