Close to places to eat, you could ride a scooter or bike around.
The outlets need to be fixed. It’s not convenient. You have to unplug something in one room to use another. Cold but the heat fans helped.

It was very conveniently located and quiet at night time. The apartment has lots of space and the beds were very comfortable; the kitchen amenities were nice as well

Roomy
Needed updates, whole property in need of repair and refurbishing. Detailed instructions re electrical raised concerns about code violations or fire safety. Water heater partially blocking door and kitchen heater had sooty residue on wall and ceiling. Some 5 or so filthy footstools should have been trashed. Otherwise place clean enough.
