The house has been beautifully renovated. It really looks stunning. We had a very comfortable stay. They also have a an outdoor braai which was nice.
We were quiet surprised when we saw that the DSTV wasn't working and that there is no wifi. This was the most expensive stay of our road trip and we stayed in Plett for the most days, so to learn that these basics weren't in place was very disappointing. The owner did manage to connect the DSTV for us after we had asked. I always feel that these kinds of places need to have more towel rails / towel hooks. You can never have enough. There was also only 1 roll of toilet paper for our 3 night stay. There weren't any ice trays in the freezer. They were in the cupboard, very dirty and collecting dust. The above is just a few basics which needs to be in place for a comfortable stay. Other than that, we enjoyed the unit.
