Stunning 1BR home in charming town of Bormla by 360 Estates

Great stay, location was nicely connected to the rest of the island, you can find an uber/bolt to just about anywhere for 10-12€, also the fairy to Valetta is 10 minutes away, apartment was clean, no bugs, AC works great, we were provided 8 towels 4 small 4 big, also had toiletries, 10/10 for the appliances, Big Fridge, A large smart TV in each bedroom, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, Internet works great, we had a little terrace with open air access, nicely decorated all around great stay for peak season Malta, i think some of the other reviews were a little too harsh, had a problem with the door only on the first day once we figured it out it was smooth sailing.

Area outside was dirty but thats not the renters problem its just a Malta issue, Also cockroaches are huge also not their problem just a general thing you should know about, one thing is that lock was a problem only until you figure it out, also either our neighbors were really loud or the sound isolation isnt that good, which wouldnt be a problem if the person next to us hadnt gotten hit by a car at 5am and had either police or ambulance called on them, the bathroom doesnt have a drain so you have to air dry the bathroom which isnt a problem because its always 30 degrees outside, the bath could do with a shower curtain, all in all some small tweaks and mostly not the renters fault, id say our stay is a good 9/10

The location was perfect, only a few minutes walk to the marina where there were plenty of options for food and drink and then a short ferry ride from Valletta itself. The transport links made it super easy to get around and explore. The bed was really comfortable and shower was powerful too. I liked the rustic charm of the property, it was a large living space and that we had our own private kitchen was a bonus too. It was tastefully done throughout.

Just a few niggles, the property had a smell of damp/dry rot which unfortunately comes with the type of stone building we were in so couldn't be helped. And again because of the type of old stone building, noise very much does carry but we only had an issue with this on the last night with an inconsiderate neighbour coming and going several times during the night. The shower could have done with a curtain/screen to stop the water splashing the bathroom, and if you are over 5ft 6 you might not fit under it but we managed! The spare pillows in the wardrobe were all mouldy but we needed to use them regardless so had to put them under the fresh pillows provided. It would have been nice to have some tea and coffee available in the apartment but appreciate it's not a hotel as such so can't complain too much.

nice location it looks good on pictures the place is big with a nice outside area probably an oasis when it is scorching outside pretty quiet spacious 2 smart TVs if that is what you're after good value

there is a coffee machine but no coffee or tea. Nor other basics. you need to buy everything the humidity the neighbor went crazy one night throwing bottles around in the middle of the night. You can't hear any noise from the street but you can hear everything that happens on the corridor. It was usually ok though. Just one weekend night was off. not practical - no drawers, shelves, just one wardrobe that has one wonky shelf inside. Nothing to hang your towel on in the bathroom details. it looks like the handyman fixed things in a hurry
