Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed our time here. The accommodation was nice and had good potential, but the kitchen could have been cleaner, which made it difficult for us to prepare food. The pool was also not really suitable for swimming during our stay, as it hadn’t been cleaned after the rain the previous day. With a little more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, it would be a great place to stay.

The location of this property is superb! It is in a beautiful, convenient local spot in Birgu, close to transport and a lovely little community square with cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. The property has enormous character and the stone staircase and walls are beautiful. The air con works very well and the fridge in the room was great. Our host was quick to respond to all requests.
The bed was horrendous. It’s is a small double bed, when a queen would easily fit in the room without compromising space. But the main problem is the base. It is plywood that is either broken or not supported in the middle. It was very difficult for two average sized people to slept on this bed. At the very least the bed base needs to be replaced. We informed the host of our concerns.
