Excellent location near the waterfronts, churches and other sightseeing facilities, easy connections to other part of the cities and the country. A lot of things around to keep you busy and entertained. And the overall value of the property is great compared to other offerings.
Cleanliness could really be improved. I almost didn't see the staff comming in and maintaining the property -- it's good that they don't get in the way, but this is a little on the extreeme side. Also it's a very tiny place, so keep that in mind.

The house is beautiful, the room was clean, it's great to have a fridge in the room, the balcony was tiny but more than big enough for me to sit comfortably. The shower was super both temperature and pressure. The rooftop terrace is lovely. As is the communal kitchen. Great communication from the host
The electricity in the kitchen was not always working. Pity the pool was not available but I understand, nobody expects to need a pool in April

The stairs to the WC are not easy and can be dangerous.
