I could not stay in the property because it’s a fake, I had to book another place and inform booking.com as I could get

This didn’t exist - fake Tried to contact them on a number of occasions no answer. Had to pay for a hotel

We arrived after a 5 hour drive from Scotland to find this place abandoned and unable to contact the owner. Neighbours h

Absolutely nothing as we couldn’t get in. Looking through windows we could see the place was trashed

Everything. Horrible area, filthy windows, kitchen had plates lying with mould in, front door looked as though it had been knocked down and wasn’t securely shut

Could have saved myself lot of trouble by not booking it

If we could have fulfilled our booking we would of been able to score the property

Sat outside the house for over a hour after having booking confirmed,month earlier waiting for owner,after contacting booking.com who sent a message to owners and waiting another 45 minutes,got message back stating booking was cancelled…..then someone turned up at house 10 minutes later,needless to say not happy…..gentleman hid behind excuse don’t understand English and it’s his sons house!!

Host cancelled half an hour before we'd let them know we were expecting to arrive so around 6.30pm on day of check in. No response to other messages.

Perfect for our family of 5

The host was lovely. It was very spacious and we were even left stuff for breakfast:) Only needed for sleeping and breakfast as we were visiting family so it was perfect for us. Plus parking right outside

It could do with some tlc, it looked a bit unfinished in places but it had everything we needed so wasn't a problem for us

Absolutely lovely place. Clean. Great facilities. Friendly and accommodating host. Really exceeded expectations. Definitely would recommend.
