    Good value given room size, location (close proximity to MTR) and facilities (included kitchenette). Could do with blackout curtains and bathroom blinds for a longer lie in but otherwise no complaints.

    This is a VERY OLD property and definitely in need of a major refresh. Everything is very old in the room and I even had tattered blinds in the toilet which could compromise privacy. To resolve this, they inserted a large plastic board to cover the whole toilet window. There is no night light in the room and the other lights (including toilet lights) were too bright to keep on at night. In the end, I had to use the small cooker hood light as night light. The lift was rather shaky although the staff did clarify that it is being serviced once every two weeks. Also, I have not stayed in a property where there is only one front office staff and one housekeeping staff at any one time, heavily compromising on the service levels and standards. Nonetheless, the front office staff, George in the day and Joyce at night were very friendly and helpful. As for the relief staff during my stay, I cannot say much about them except that they seemed unsure and flustered on several occasions. As for the positives, this property is located near to MTR stations and there are many dining options around.
