    We had a wonderful stay at St Regis HK which offered us a 5* experience. The only comment was if they could offer better directions for the parking that would be great.

    The toilet flush is not working properly that we had to flush several times before it’s all clean. The shower faucet literally came off the wall due to water pressure while i was showering that i almost fell in the shower. Can’t imagine what will happen if that happens to older guests.
