Welcome to Casa Dulce Vida, a serene single-level retreat nestled in the prestigious Coco Bay Estates. This exquisite vacation rental boasts three spacious king bedrooms, two of which offer versatile sleeping arrangements with the option of two singles or one king bed, perfect for families or groups.
We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Coco Bay Estates is a large, gated development located between Playas del Coco and Playa Ocotal. Tucked off the main road, you are just a 5-minute drive to the shops and restaurants of Playas del Coco. Guests can access the development's Clubhouse which is home to a large pool, gym, tennis courts, and pickleball courts as well as a delicious restaurant, Sugoi.
Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. We're getting new neighbors! The Coco Bay Estates development is growing, and additional homes are being built in our area. We know construction can be a bother on vacation, so we have reduced our standard nightly rates by 10% to offset any inconvenience this may cause. Note that construction only happens during the day. If you're visiting Costa Rica to explore the amazing beaches, volcanoes, waterfalls, and rainforests you probably won't even notice to work! Pura Vida!

House is exactly as described. Host ask before arrival the configuration of beds which made it better to plan ahead. A car or golf cart is must. Although it is not far from shops, restaurants and beach I do not suggest walking. We rented a 6 seater golf cart that was perfect. Acces to the main clubhouse was great. The pool was huge and has a nice slide for the children.House had everything needed (pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. and a propane grill) for you to cook meals.I recommend the house and would stay again if the opportunity exist.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was just as pictured, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There were three adults, and three kids (ages 9, and two 13 year olds) in our group. Having the pool in the backyard was great, and we ended most nights with the kids in the pool with one adult, while the other adults cooked dinner. The management company was very responsive to all of our questions, and we felt very safe in the community. We would definitely book this property again!

Considering this was my first time booking a VRBO outside of my home country, I was extremely pleased! The neighborhood was very safe and all of the community workers were kind and helpful. The team of hosts were very communicative, assisted with minor issues in a quick manner, and followed up to ensure our comfort. The home was stunning and looked just as the pictures appear on the website! Access to the community amenities was amazing and the home is in close proximity to what Coco Beach has to offer! We definitely enjoyed our stay!
