A well-maintained and organized space, free from clutter, contributes to a serene dining experience outside under a covered patio, a chance to watch the birds that come enjoy the nectar in the flowering plants.
Inside you will be greeted with a small, well appointed TV area leading into an open kitchen complete with dishwasher, stove and large refrigerator. There you will find all the necessary items in your kitchen to provide a great cooking experience.
Towards the back of the house you find a washer and drier along side cleaning products to help maintain your space.
Down the hallway 3 large bedrooms with very comfortable beds and large amounts of storage to pack your personal belongings in. Space under the beds allows you an opportunity to tuck away your suitcases.
There is an attached bathroom in the master bedroom, and another full bathroom just outside the yellow room to service the rest of the house.
There are ceiling fans and air conditioners in every room.
Hope you get a clear picture of the inside, outside is the real treat, in the back you will find an amazing private pool with a shallow section and a deeper part. Also the goofy out door shower that is so awesome with hotwater available if your chilly after you come out of the pool. There is a security camera overlooking the pool which guests are able to unplug on their arrival, it provides the owner the ability to see the water level when no one is around.
Up, above the pool, there is a viewing deck that is peaceful and beautiful to enjoy the night sky and warm breezes.
I am sure you would enjoy this house as much as we do, located 1 block from the beach and 2 blocks from downtown, a place loaded with bars, restaurants and grocery stores all in a 10 min walk, if you walk slowly.
