Pacifico C208 is located on Clubside Drive, it has a dedicated parking spot in a covered garage unlike unassigned outdoor parking offered in Lifestyle condos. This condominium is located on a lovely hillside adjacent to the pools, yet caters to those who want pool access but don't want to hear the accompanying pool noise.
This 3 bedroom unit was completely remodeled and redecorated in 2024. The condominium has new paint, floors, artwork , soft water and new central air conditioning. It has a new kitchen with reverse osmosis, new appliances, counters and cupboards. You will enjoy a new walk-in pantry in the kitchen. Both bathrooms have been remodeled with beautiful new cupboards, counters, tile floors and walk in showers.
This top floor unit is accessed from the covered parking area, up two flights of stairs. With a keyless entry lock, guests can self-check-in at the unit. The second bedroom has a beautiful queen sized bed, closet and a mounted flat screen TV. The third bedroom sits at the front of the unit and has a custom made floating queen bed with a closet. Note that late check-ins into the property after 7:00 p.m. will be subject to a $30.00 USD fee. After 11:00pm it may increase. This fee should be paid to our Concierge in cash upon arrival.
