Modern, beautiful 2-family house, 2 storeys. 400 m from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, 6 km from the centre of Imperia - Porto Maurizio, 17 km from the centre of San Remo, in a sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 500 m from the sea. Private: small garden 50 m2 (fenced). Bumpy, steep motor access to the house. Supermarket 500 m, bus stop 3.9 km, sandy beach 500 m, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The owner has a dog.

Sehr schöne, hübsch und praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr sauber. Kinderfreundlicher Weg zum Strand. Freundliche Vermieterin.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr schön. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Mit der Unterkunft waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Küche war Bestens ausgestattet und ein großer Vorteil war die Waschaschine, die wir öfters benutzt haben. Alle Reinigungsmittel waren vorhanden. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass es keine Klimaanlage gab. Daher war die Wohnung von der Hitze des Tages sehr warm und man fand wenig Schlaf. Die Wohnung war sehr zentral und man war in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im Ort. Reisetipps: Sehr sehenswert ist Monaco und Nizza.Von Lorenzo al Mare führt eine wunderschöne stillgelegte Bahnstrecke, die als Fahrradweg ausgebaut wurde, nach San Remo. Insgesamt 50 km. Imperia und vor allem der alte Ort Albenga sind ebenfalls sehr sehenswert.
