In the resort 100 m from the centre of Fliess, 8 km from the centre of Landeck, 80 km from the centre of Innsbruck, 3.5 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property with lawn, courtyard. In the house: storage room for skis. Parking on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 8 km, bus stop 90 m, railway station "Landeck" 8 km, outdoor swimming pool 750 m, indoor swimming pool 8 km, natural swimming pond 3 km. Golf course (9 hole) 50 km, mountain railway 12 km, ski lift 3.5 km, slopes 12 km, ski bus stop 90 m, ski school 3.5 km, sled run 3.5 km, cross country ski track 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Fis/Serfaus 20 km, St.Anton am Arlberg 27 km, Kaunertaler Gletscher 42 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Fliess - Venet Süd. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner lives in the same residence. Küche relativ komplett ausgestattet, einen Backofen haben wir aber vermisst. Die Möbel sind teilweise in die Jahre gekommen und hätten schon erneuert werden müssen wie einzelne Betten, Latzenroste, Matratzen und Stühle. Unangemessen finden wir, dass die Vermieterin am 1. Tag nachdem wir mit den Autos weggefahren waren in die Wohnung gegangen ist und alle Räume inspiziert hat. Unsere große Tochter war jedoch dageblieben und hat aufgrund der Geräusche einen Schreck bekommen.

Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt, einfach tolle Aussicht ins Tal und auf die Berge. Sehr nette Vermieterin, welche auch mit Ratschlägen jederzeit zur Verfügung steht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder!

We waren met vier. Goeie inrichting en ligging. Sanitair wat te sober. Probleemloos parkeren. Familiaal restaurant in de buurt. Inkomruimte erg dankbaar.

Saubere gepflegte FeWo mit ausreichend Platz. Von der Wohnung aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick ins Tal und auf die Berge. Balkon ist in Richtung Sonne ausgerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Fliess ist ein kleiner ruhiger Ort. In der nähe befinden sich fußläufig ein Supermarkt und Restaurants.

Vriendelijk ontvangst. Schoon en compleet appartement. Helaas wat verder van het skigebied serfaus-fiss-ladis. Supermarkt met verse broodjes op loop afstand.
