We booked 3 nights at a ground floor apartment when we got there we realized that it basically a basement floor. It was very dusty, smells horrible from mold! And all our clothes and towels felt moist and smelly After one night that 2 of our children had trouble breathing and coughed all night We checked out and ran away to another hotel

We liked the location and spacious rooms , also everything was very clean. Great leisure room with space and toys for children

In one of our bedroom the mattress was very uncomfortable. Also one strange thing is that nobody was ever in reception

We had a great time!

Very nice and helpful host! Clean, nice and roomy apartment. Good views from balcony. Sauna a real plus for us. Last but not least: the Pitztal sommer card allows you to use all mountain lifts, including the really expensive Gletscherbahn, for free. As we were with 4 adults this saved us literally hundreds of euros. The card has more advantages. This is real added value and we recommend our host to make this very clear to potential guests!

Nothing. Only, if you do not have a car (we did have one), the location is somewhat remote - no shop in walking distance.

Marvellous view to the hills at 1150m heights

The view was marvelleous, offering different picturesque each day. The kitchen is big, lots of space there. The apartment has two bathrooms which was comfy for 4 ppl. Balconies on both sides of the apt with chairs to sit outside. First it was shocking that the house is far away at the end of the serpentine, but on the second day we got accustomed to that and the 10 min drive is well worth the accommodation..

The dishwasher did not wash properly - still worth washing the dishes manually.

Prima locatie, maar hard aan renovatie toe!

Het appartement ligt centraal, wat fijn is als je de omgeving wil verkennen. De schoonmaak was oké, de bedden lagen goed. De kinderen vonden de speelruimte met de pooltafel en de voetbaltafel erg leuk. Ook de tafeltennis tafel op het terras is leuk.

Bij aankomt is er geen personeel te bekennen en ligt er een enveloppe klaar met de sleutel en wat uitleg. Gedurende het gehele verblijf hebben we niemand gezien! Ook niet bij het uitchecken. Het geld voor de bestelde broodjes en de toeristenbelasting moet je achterlaten bij de ‘receptie’. Erg vreemd vonden wij. Verder is het appartement echt aan renovatie toe! De buitenkant moet hoognodig worden geschilderd en ook binnen mankeert er van alles. Schimmel op de kitranden van de badkamer, losse plinten, defecte afzuiger die met een plakbandje bij elkaar wordt gehouden, deur van de badkamer die niet dicht kan door een kapotte klink, te weinig servies en ga zo maar door. We hadden het 8 persoon appartement met 4 slaapkamers op de bovenste verdieping. We hebben de mankementen per mail doorgegeven aan de eigenaar en hierop is snel gereageerd. De desbetreffende persoon is langs geweest, maar gedurende ons verblijf is er verder niets opgelost. Wij zijn echt veel beter gewend in Oostenrijk en komen hier dan ook niet voor een tweede keer.
