Чистое постельное белье на основной кровати. Но дополнительный комплект (простыня) для раскладного дивана была вся в пятнах. Легкий подъезд к дому, недалеко от автострады, район тихий, вокруг несколько больших супермаркетов. Квартира большая. Рабочие бытовые приборы, посудомоечная и стиральная машины.
Общее ощущение нечистой квартиры. Стены давно не освежались, шторы грязные, в спальне вообще отсутствуют. Антимоскитные сетки порваны. Диван в зале с грязной обивкой. В душевой кабинет плесень. В квартире есть муравьи.
