David & Mary friendly house

We are a couple of travelers, and out of passion, we decided to set up a Friendly House.
The apartment is located in a central and convenient location. We’re close to: Maggiore Hospital, the university, downtown, and Viale Roma.
Within 50 meters, you’ll find a bus stop and all the amenities you need.

Important
The apartment has 2 bedrooms. For up to 2 guests, we provide one bedroom of the guests’ choice, and the other is kept locked.
We do not allow pets
The Space
We offer an apartment on a split level with 8 steps, recently renovated and newly furnished, featuring a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, coffee maker, and tea and herbal tea sets. The apartment has a small balcony that can be used as a smoking area. We provide the following free of charge to all our guests: sheets, towels, shampoo, bath products, a hair dryer, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a drying rack, and a dishwasher with detergent. There are paid parking spaces (from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) right below the building, while free parking is available 200 meters away.
