It was generally clean, modern and the beds were comfy
Really just the sofa/sofa bed. It's just a bit older and uncomfortable with springs and the cushioning is not great. As a seat it was pretty uncomfortable and as a bed it wasn't great.

Very good communication. We received all the information we needed like how to use the appliances etc. Very beautiful house, very tasteful.

Disappointing the line has a really uncomfortable sofa so no cozy place to sit down and chat.
Upstairs lots of patchy, bubbling and peeling and paint. It feels like an ex student house and in need of a proper professional clean as there’s cobwebs in the hallway, foundation underneath the bathroom mirror, skirting boards are all dusty and lots of marks on walls. Bathroom ceiling and floor is in poor condition. Hallway by back door also really run down.
All the windowsills, skirting boards etc that are dusty. There was also no hand towel in the bathroom.
Also kitchen utensils are minimal
Lounge and kitchen is lovely.
The beds are nice and laundry smelt clean, as did the sofas, tables, chairs, floors and kitchen
