Lovely apartment at great place

The apartment is situated in a great location within a safe and quiet neighborhood. It is very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. The check-in and check-out process was extremely smooth and convenient. I would definitely recommend this place.

One thing to note is that the building is older and does not have an elevator, and the apartment is located on the 4th floor. However, even with two children, this was not a challenge for us.

If you are older, it is 4th floor, and no elevator. Not problem for me, but just good to know

Отличная квартира для длительного проживания

Комфортное жилье, с отоплением все ок — в январе были сильные морозы и в квартире было очень тепло. Есть все неободимое, на кухне было достаточно посуды, есть микроволновка и кофемашина. Расположение удобное — недалеко от центра и магазины рядом.

Единственное, чего не хватало на кухне, это разделочной доски. И второй момент — стиральная машина сильно прыгает при отжиме, явно требуется замена подшипников иначе скоро выйдет из строя

Zeer mooi ingericht appartement op 5 minuten wandelen van het centrum.

Vše bylo čisté, skvěle připravené na pobyt. Výborné vybavení bytu a poloha ve městě.

Krásný útulný byt, kousek od centra města i k vlakovému nádraží. Rychlá komunikace s majitelem.

Reservamos el apartamento y contesto al momento. Nos dijo que trabaja 20 minutos en darnos las llaves. La casa muy nueva y súper limpia, todo genial!

Butas labai jaukus, saulėtas. Atrodo apgalvota kiekviena detalė ar net kvapas. Pasirūpinta kava ir net užkandžiais svečiams. Mielos smulkmenos, kai jautiesi laukiamas. Patogu, kad visai šalia yra parduotuvė.

Puiki viešnagė

Jaukus, šviesus ir gražus butas, kur pagalvota apie viską, ko gali prireikti. Patogi vieta - visai netoli pagrindinės Šiaulių įžymybės, muziejai. Šalia yra prekybos centras. Nereikia sukti galvos dėl automobilio stovėjimo vietos.

Ketvirtas daugiabučio namo aukštas. Su daugiau lagaminų siauroje laiptinėje gal nebus patogu.
