central location near shopping centre but quiet

Friendly helpful Owner very well maintained flat there were stairs but were easy climb. Excellent Facilities Very Warm and great to come back in the evening Parking was always available if you look around area.

Beautiful apartment in a very convenient location.

Absolutely beautiful and clean apartment. Views are beautiful. Right next door to a major supermarket/shopping centre. Owner very helpful. Bed is very comfortable. Sofa bed is very comfortable aswell. Apartment is very very beautiful and super cosy. Bathroom is great. Shower cubicle is massive. Very very good little washing machine. 20 minutes wash does better job than my at home one. Kitchen has everything you need, mostly. Very quiet. I had a lie in until 12 pm and did not hear anything. Good window insulation. Very friendly neighbours. Cosy balcony.

Its on a fifth floor. No lift. So if you have any health issues, it will be difficult. No oven. Just a microwave and induction plate.

We loved that the apartment was so spacious and very clean. There’s a huge shopping centre close by with a fantastic supermarket- great for travellers to stock up on supplies. The apartment contains everything you need and more.

The only thing was that you have to climb 9 flights of stairs with luggage but that’s not a big deal.

Erdvus, tvarkingas ir patogus butas

Patiko viskas. Butas erdvus, ką tik po remonto, švarus, rasti ir patekti lengva (be kontakto). Yra kavos, aliejaus, druskos, prieskonių, net saldainiukų, šalia didelis prekybos centras (bet jokio triukšmo negirdėjome). Penktas aukštas (be lifto), vaizdas pro virtuvės langą – į tolius, matosi bažnyčios bokštas, iš kitų langų – į prekybos centrą.

Geras vaizdas pro virtuvės langą, neblogas buto išplanavimas. Radome visko, ko reikėjo. Kiemo parkinge daug laisvos vietos.

Nemėgstu baltos spalvos apšvietimo, kurio bute gan daug. Geltona šviesa malonesnė akiai ir jaukesnė.

Viskas labai patiko, raktu pajemimas ir pridavimas, svarus tvarkingas butas visko yra ko reikia, patalyne super lovos ciuziniu kokybe tikrai gera bent jau man tai patiko pailsejau kai buciau namie. Ir daug daugiau galeciau ko gero prirasyt zodziu butas super, jeigu kada teks apsilankyt Siauliuose tikrai pasidomeciau ar sie apartamentai laisvi ir sugryzciau ne karta.

Kas nepatiko kieme vykstantis darbai, darbininkai nelabai susitvarko savo darbo vieta po darbo palieka purvina asfalta, bet cia suprantama poto bus grazu. O kas liecia prisiparkuoti masina vietos yra tikrai ir nemokama
