Exceptional

The interior is tasteful and the parquet floor is an excellent design choice. The flat is located next to a railway line, however we didn't hear a single thing while in the flat during the day or at night. Also, we got a good use of the air conditioner, considering it was a really hot day. The TV had a Netflix and other streaming accounts, that was nice too.

The kitchen is fully equipped, but oil was missing, that would be a good addition to leave in one of the cupboards.

I loved the apartment. Fresh new refurbished. Great location, short minutes walk from amenities. Apartment had everything you need and not to worry about little things. Great decision is Air con, special when its +30 outside.

Отличная квартира с удобным расположением

Отличная квартира, очень близко от жд и автовокзала. Вход в квартиру по кодам, хозяин ответил быстро и прислал все в сообщении. В квартире тепло, уютно, чисто, кровать хорошая. На кухне все есть. В шкафу был чай и кофе. В ванной тоже было все необходимое, полотенца, мыло. С удовольствием воспользуюсь этой квартирой при следующей поездке.

В душе был слабый напор воды, но, возможно, это из-за ра положения на последнем этаже. Но это не критично. И на кухне не хватает сахара.

La puerta de la entrada no me gustó con tantos números, prefiero abrir con llave como los apartamentos que he alquilado anteriormente. La cama incómodo, luego la ducha esta rota, no me podía ducharme bien.

Ļoti skaists un mājīgs dzīvoklis. Tur ir viss nepieciešamais, kas vajadzīgs , viss tīrs un svaigs , moderni iekārtots. Mēs esam ļoti apmierināti.

Nuostabi vieta viešnagei!

Apsistojome jau ne pirmą kartą ir įspūdžiai tokie pat puikūs kaip ir po pirmos viešnagės. Yra visko ko reikia - patogi lova, daug vietos susidėti daiktams, lygintuvas, geras plaukų džiovintuvas, indai, puodai ir pan. Bute šilta ir jauku net vėsiu oru. Taip pat bute labai ramu, nesigirdi kaimynų ar gatvės triukšmo. Šeimininkai labai malonūs ir rūpestingi. Didžiausios rekomendacijos!

階段しかないのでしんどい

駅から近い広くて綺麗

５階いや、ほぼ６階。スーツケース持ってるとかなりしんどい。エレベーターなし。長期旅行者には向かないかも。 11時チェックアウトだが、10:50過ぎに荷物取りに来たらドアの番号が使えなくなってオーナーに連絡しなければならなかった。すぐにwhatsupで連絡とれたからいいけど、電車の時間とかあれば最悪だったと思う。

Puiki garso izoliacija, visiškai nebuvo girdėti netoliese vykstančio traukinių eismo. Labai komfortiškas, švarus, jaukus, stilingas butas. Yra viskas ko reikia pilnavertiškai buičiai. Labai rekomenduojam!

Apsistojame jau 2'trą kartą. Labai gera likacija. Patogus parkingas. Labai gausi virtuvės įranga. Buvo net gavos, arbatos, cukraus bei prieskonių. Įrengtas balkonas su kedemis ir staliuku bei vaizdu į parką. Kainos, vietos ir paslaugų kaina puiki. Apsistojome 2 kartus.

Trūkumų neturi arba nepatebėjome.

Labai švarus ir tvarkingas butas, daug vietos susideti asmeniniams daiktams tiek drabužių spintoje, tiek ir vonios spinteleje. Patogi lova, daug rankšluosčių, skalbino masina ir indaplovė palengvino buitį. Gražus indai, visi reikalingi virtuvės irankiai. Buvo kavos ir arbatos, netgi saldainių 🍬🍫. Šeimininkas buvo lengvai pasiekiamas ir paslaugus. Vieta rami, netoli centro, autobusu stoties ir geležinkelio stoties. Tv su galumybe naudoti Netflix ir kt. Labai patiko.

Skalbimo mašina su dziovinimo funkcija, kuri trunka apie 8 val ranksluosciams prasiskalbti ir issidziovinti, manyčiau, per ilga . O ir dziovino ne itin kokybiskai, nes ranksluosciai buvo kieti ir prilipe prie bugno dugno.Butas 5 aukste ir name nera lifto, bet mums tai nebuvo labai svarbu.

１００点満点の素敵な部屋

部屋はものすごく新しく広く清潔で、食器洗い機、洗濯機、アイロン、エスプレッソマシーンなどまでも完備。ソファーでくつろぐこともでき、ここに引っ越してきて住みたいと思えるような快適で美しい部屋だった。またバスターミナル、鉄道の駅にも近く、便利だった。

古い団地の上階の部屋なので荷物を持って上がるのが大変だった。ただドアを開けて中に入ってしまえばそんな欠点は忘れてしまうような素敵な部屋だった。
