L’emplacement pour visiter Naples aussi bien a pied qu’en transport. Proche des commerces. Tres propre.

Manque un peu de necessaire : torchon et produit d’entretien que l’on a du acheter

Kedves vendéglátók, könnyű kommunikáció, minden infót megkaptam időben. A lakás remek elhelyezkedésű, tiszta. Letisztult dizájn, kényelmes ágy. Minden fontosabb alapfelszereltséggel ellátott, pont olyan, mint a hirdetésben! Ha visszatérek Nápolyba, megint ezt fogom választani. :)

Ha nagyon kell keresni valami hiányosságot, lehetne egy ruhafogas valahol.

Location was very good, close to all the main tourist attractions and bus/train station.

We stayed in this apartment for 10 days and unfortunately had quite a disappointing experience. The first thing we noticed was a very large TV positioned dangerously at the end of the bed — it can be easily knocked over and feels unsafe. Several electrical cables were also hanging loosely from the wall, which added to the overall sense of poor maintenance. There were no bed linens, towels, or cleaning services provided during our stay. We had to find a broom in the apartment and sweep the floors ourselves just to keep the place somewhat clean. Even so, the general cleanliness was very poor on arrival: the floor had clearly not been cleaned properly, with visible dust and hair in the corners; the walls were dirty and scratched; the bathroom mirror was grimy; and the shower was full of limescale. The dishes in the kitchen had also been left dirty, and we had to wash them before using anything. The apartment has no curtains, which makes it uncomfortable and lacking privacy. The kettle was extremely poor quality and full of limescale. The kitchen cabinet was filled with appliance instruction booklets that only took up space rather than being useful. Practical supplies were also lacking: we received only one dishwasher tablet, no kitchen towel, and no bin bags. There were no clear instructions on where to dispose of rubbish. The management company did call upon check-in to ask if everything was okay, but there was no realistic way to list all these issues, especially since many of them — like unsafe electrical cables or the oversized TV (which does not appear in the listing photos) — could not be resolved on the spot. Overall, the apartment looks much better in the listing photos than in reality.
