Be warned. Is next door to a party let. If that's rented you won't be safe.

Easy to get to

Arrived at 6pm by 9pm had handed the keys back and booked a hotel. In those 3 hours no less than 4 groups of people had tried to get into the house hammering on the windows and doors and trying to force open the door. The apartment is next door to a short term let party house. While we were booking the hotel we went into the cafe opposite (staff there were amazing) they said this happens all the time and the police are frequently called + and told us not to leave anything valuable there as they have broken in before. We watched the last group trying to force their way in from the cafe. Landlord said they had already called the police, but why would anyone risk their safety staying here if you have to rely on the police coming multiple times a night to deal with that.

Perfect for 2 couples

Everything clean, plenty of room for 2 couples. Beds comfy. Wifi good, TV good, facilities good, bathroom spacious and clean. Parking at the back is safe and cheap. Right next to transport lines. Quiet(ish) and area felt safe. Morrisons and take aways and pubs 2 minutes walk. Really good place to stay!

You can hear the rumble from the trams sometimes but it didn’t both us. Could do with some more teaspoons and a tea towel but that is nitpicking.

A modern, spacious and well appointed apartment in a great location for transport links.

Easy check in. All details sent well in advance of check in and a host of information regarding the apartments facilities. Apartment key was in a lock box in a good location. The lock combination was sent along with the other information.

You get what you pay for however few touch ups would be good

The kitchen was modern. Spacious. Tv worked well. On precinct shops near by. First time in Manchester and think we stayed at the wrong area.

There was a weird smell when you enter the property - I’m unsure if it was damp or not. The place could be doing with a good lick of paint and fresh wallpaper. Stain on the sofa bed.

The location for Old Traffold and the Trafford centre is excellent.

A little noisy due to train station next door and busy Saturday night bars and restaurants near by. Thick curtains over the door and windows to reduce noise and light would help greatly.

Disappointing.

There is parking around the corner.

We were unable to connect the TV to the internet or access any channels during our stay. Unfortunately, the apartment felt quite run down and was not as clean as we had expected. It was also extremely noisy due to a bar/pub/nightclub located right next door, with people gathering and making noise directly outside the bedroom windows until around 1:30am. If you're a light sleeper or travelling with children, this accommodation may not be ideal. Additionally, the map provided for the accommodation led us to the wrong location. We only found the correct place by returning to the main road and recognising the building from the listing photos.

Cheap for group bookings and a decent location just outside city but in terms of clean apartment it wasn’t the best.

Very noisy the rooms shook when trains went past, beds very uncomfortable, wall paper hanging off walls, downstairs bedroom didn’t have a window to open so was very hot.

The property was easy to find in a great location to were we needed to be

When we arrived the key safe were really fiddly, there was a smell to the apartment which had been masked by all the windows being open and airfreshners all over. The sofa were ripped and chair in living room broken. The place only had one mirror which was tiny and high up in the bathroom. The deco was nice but not done well the walls were dirty and wallpaper hanging off

Good location but don't stay here at weekends with young kids

Parking close by, was clean and spacious. Clean and kitchen was lovely newly fitted.

Friday/Saturday what Googlemaps shows as a Chinese restaurant next door closing early actually has a lounge bar/club open untill 1am with banging music. Not ideal when traveling with 2 young kids. Down stairs smells like damp and bed covers felt wet, could do with a dehumidifier to help. Owners should post that there is a bar next door to allow people to choose if they are happy to stay here when it's open

Quirky little place to be fair

We liked the location, accessibility to the train network, which allowed us to get into the city easily. The spaciousness of the apartment, it not being small & boxy like some others we have stayed in. Towels / bedding all clean, the apartment was very clean. And the train station being so near wasn't an issue - we were aware of the proximity of it, and still chose to stay there.... Maybe the owners should mark that higher up in the description...

Needed some fans or something as it was extremely hot in there. A bathroom shelf or cabinet to put your toiletries/cosmetics on whilst using the shower/bathroom. Bedside cabinet or table so we weren't using stools. Nothing was wrong with the property, just needed a few tweaks...

Overall, disappointing.

Walking distance to train station, tram stop and Morrisons and the host was easy to get hold of.

The accommodation is right next to the train station so trains can be heard (and felt) every few minutes. Unfortunately we had to mop the floors when we arrived because our daughters' feet got so dirty after being there for only 10 minutes. The water from mopping was FILTHY. I let the host know about the floor to which he said he would let the cleaners know and then nothing else. The decor was tired and the area was pretty run down (didn't feel overly safe). There was also a random karaoke night in the coffee shop outside our window full of drunk people smoking and drinking outside until gone midnight, the night before we had to run the Manchester Marathon. Was just another cherry on top of a disappointing stay.

Clean and spacious but not great for a family.

The property was clean and spacious.

The property shook every time a train went by, and woke our kids. The living room was very uncomfortable with a hard leather bench type sofa and chair, and not enough space for 4 to sit down. We had multiple people try the front door during our stay, which felt unsafe.
