まくらの高さが高すぎて、そこだけが残念でした。

I really liked the location. It was pretty close to the train station and we had Lawsons, 7 Eleven and Family Mart close by. It was also a quiet street.

The check-out time is quite early at 10:00 AM. The bigger issue, however, is that the hotel does not have a place where you can leave your luggage after checking out. If you are a large family with several suitcases, you have to take your luggage to a nearby locker facility, which means an extra cost and the hassle of transporting and storing multiple bags. I also contacted the hotel in advance to ask about a late check-out and was more than willing to pay for it. They replied that they would check and get back to me, but unfortunately, the responses were not helpful at all For a couple travelling with light luggage, this may not be a major issue. However, for a family with several suitcases, it made the end of our trip unnecessarily stressful and chaotic. Having proper luggage storage at the hotel and better communication regarding late check-out would make a big difference.

Emplacement au top près du métro et du JR. Appartement sympa et bien équipé.

Le ménage n’était pas au top quand nous sommes arrivés (surtout vu les tarifs pratiqués). Ils ne proposent qu’un ménage toutes les 6 nuits et encore il faut le demander. Pas de réception (c’est un appartement et pas un hôtel) donc pas possible de faire réceptionner ses bagages ce qui n’est pas pratique.

It was spacious and the location was great. Ther amenities and lighting were also nice.

There were a bunch of stains in the carpet, and some hair and dustballs in the bedding.
