Clean , location, friendly staff

Small room, but probably the right size for the budget price. Overall you have everything: kitchen, washing machine, bathroom and toilet. Good location. Right next to two major stations and many restaurants and cafes.

Our room was very humid and had a funny smell that seemed to come from the drains. When we out put on the air con it was fine. Would have liked room service every two days. Only available for extra payment.

The room is nice and big, there’s plenty of space, even with 3 people and an extra bed it didn’t feel too cramped. Everything is nice and clean, very helpful having a washing machine inside the apartment. The location is right next to the Haneda airport monorail as well as being next to the Yamanote line, perfect if you don’t want to travel a long way from Haneda.

Luggage storage is a little questionable. There is no luggage room, luggage is instead left in the lobby which isn’t always attended.

location of the property is good. the shopping area is a medium-short walk away. the room and bathroom were clean.

the exterior of this property was a big letdown. it looked like the back of a utility building. coupled with the fact that the street in which this is located is like a back street, we didnt look forward to coming back in the evenings. the balcony looked out over a similar depressing building, so we didnt want to draw the curtains apart either. the rooms were small -- there was barely any space between the end of the bed and the wall -- maybe 12inches? the paint of the door handle had come off, the wall just outside the unit was dirty. i had booked this looking forward to using the washing machine, but there were no instructions in english. there was a qr code which gave us instructions for all appliances in the room -- have you ever tried to run a washing machine cycle looking at the instructions on your phone? not easy :) so i didnt run the machine either. we had booked this for 3 nights, but after spending one night here, we booked another hotel for the next night, this time in ginza. Probably this is best for couples looking for a long stay in tokyo. we are a family with 2 teenage children. this wasnt for us, unfortunately.
