    Hamamatsucho very great area for stay, not crowded like shibuya ginza or akihabara, there area 3 mrt lines, yamanote line, oedo line, monorail straight to airport, a lot of food with affordable price

    Room size is good for 3 pax with space for luggage . Wardrobe is open concept . Toilet amenities is good complete with cleanser , toner , cream etc . Never tried the breakfast as there are a good bakery down the road. Convenience store is within 100m .

    I arrived earlier than expected to the hotel and was able to check in earlier. I did pay an extra fee but it was better than waiting in the lobby for 1.5 hours. The hotel is located between two stations which is walkable (no more than 10 minutes). Room was clean and accommodated many of our luggages.

    Taken one room for two nights. Too small for our family of four. Location is far from central. Only Ginza and Tokyo station are closest with min 10 mins of taxi ride costing approx 1200 to 1500 yen each side. Stayed only for two nights No housekeeping done. Bathroom is small. Toiletries are good and quite a lot of things were provided like face masks, cleanser, body lotion, dental kits, razors etc
