About this house rental
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located and cozy home. Our place is in the heart of Proctor, Tacoma with so much exploring, shopping, eating and sight seeing awaits you. With two large bedroom spaces, along with their own full bathrooms, you feel right at home. The second bedroom, laundry room and additional bathroom are downstairs from the main level, offering plenty of privacy. There is a railing for the stairs for your safety. We have chilled beverages in the fridge, a snack bowl to hold you over until you go grab a meal, books, puzzles, cooking supplies (plus spices) and plenty of coffee or tea for you to enjoy. We can't wait to have you! You'll love Tacoma.

Suzi was great to work with. She was very accommodating and easily accessible. The property was very nice and my family of 5 had plenty of room. Very clean property with all the amenities. Centrally located. We were at the Tacoma Dome and Point Defiance Zoo and we could get to both within 15 minutes. Definitely will stay here again. I recommend this property for a nice stay.

Convenient location and quiet neighborhood. Older home but well kept. Functional kitchen but missing a few items for cooking like cookie sheet, measuring spoons and measuring cups. 2nd bedroom is in the basement and stairs are fairly steep. Beds were super comfy and couch was great. Appreciate the shampoo, soap, hair product, etc. if you have little kids there are a lot of toys and things for them.

Property is great. The house is very comfortable. There were snacks too. I had a great visit with my university of Puget Sound son.

The home was perfect for our short stay in Tacoma. The home was super clean and it was great having two queen beds.Everything that we needed was available. We appreciated the pet friendly accommodations.
