• Shared Spaces: You’ll have private access to your home, plus shared access to the laundry room and fenced backyard with seating and a fire table (seasonal).
• Neighborhood: This is a quiet, historic neighborhood with tree-lined streets and beautiful homes. You’ll be within walking distance of restaurants, shops, parks, and public transportation.
• Accessibility: Accessing this unit requires walking down a sloped driveway.

This property was very clean and quiet. Walking distance to the hospital. The host answered all questions that I had and provided directions when I needed help finding a grocery store in the area. Very pleasant host. Would rent this again if I needed to. Thank you for your hospitality during this stressful time.

Great little nook in historic Tacoma. Our daughter just lives 4 houses down so perfect for our Christmas stay to visit ALL our kids/grandkids. Clean and well appointed local bing spaces.
