Cosy, comfortable cottage "Casale Ai Noccioli", detached, surrounded by trees and fields. 2 km from the centre of Corchiano, 30 km from the centre of Viterbo, 65 km from the centre of Roma, 20 km from the lake, in the countryside. For shared use: property 18'000 m2. Private: natural state property 8'000 m2, beautiful terraced garden with trees, meadow, swimming pool (11 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 23.May. - 03.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, table tennis, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: table football. 250 m long narrow motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach "Lago di Vico" 20 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
