About this apartment rental
This beautiful, fully renovated two-room apartment, complete with every amenity, is located a 5-minute walk from Piazza del Duomo in Milan.
It is situated on the second and top floor, overlooking the inner courtyard of a late 19th-century building equipped with an elevator.
Just outside the building is Via Torino, with a supermarket, pharmacy, and café all within a few minutes’ walk.
To ensure a smoother experience, the apartment features self-check-in via an automated lock with a personal code.
Completely renovated and equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning and independent heating. The apartment is laid out as follows:
- A bright, triple-aspect living area with an open kitchen complete with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, and a set of pots, pans, plates, and cutlery. Coffee is provided via a Nespresso machine with assorted pods, along with tea and herbal teas. Relaxation area with a sofa and comfortable built-in benches under the windows.
-Sleeping area with a double bed, a wall-mounted safe, and a desk with an armchair, complete with a large walk-in closet leading to the walk-in shower.
-Bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, wall-mounted toilet and sink, and a mirror. Soft cotton towels, a set of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, and a hair dryer are provided.
Even though the apartment is in the city center, once inside you won’t hear all that noise and can enjoy peace and quiet.
Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a washing machine are available for guests.

I love the little courtyard as you enter the big doors. The host was very communicative. We're so happy about the elevators to get to the urban oasis because we had a few large bags with us. We would definitely stay here again. The place was clean and spacious. Thank you so much for everything :)

50 yards to the main street leading to the Duomo a few blocks away. Great food anf shops nearby, but secluded and back from the street noise etc. 2nd floor apartment with a good elevator made getting in and out a breeze. Very clean and well equipped to meetall your needs. Probably the best shower I've had in Italy.
