    This was the lowest price place we found in central Milan at short notice. The set up is a little quirky, but the staff is accommodating, the room is nice, and I loved the location, close to the Duomo and right next to the tram and subway.

    Very central, excellent location. Staff nice! Check-in was a problem as even we reserved through Agoda, the management there didn't have our information to contact us for the check-in information. So, we had to call upon arrival outside the building and luckily, the staff was there to answer. City tax is higher there relatively (as opposed to what was noted in the booking confirmation before). I think they are higher as its center of the city, and was raised recently after the Olympics.

    The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Milan. The room was clean and the property was generally well maintained. However, the noise level was a major issue. Trams and trains seemed to pass directly below the windows throughout the night, making it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The room also felt noticeably smaller than it appeared in the photos and description. Overall, a good choice if location is your priority, but light sleepers should be aware of the noise.
