Lo mejor fue la ubicación, justo al lado del Duomo y la atención del personal.
No había sofá para descansar, las barras de colgar las perchas estaban tan altas que no pudimos usar los armarios y no teníamos llaves de acceso al portal del apartamento y tuvimos que usar siempre un código y una confirmación en línea a traves del móvil.

Tesisin tüm olanakları mevcuttu. Klima vardı. Odalar temizdi, ütü masasına kadar her şeyi düşülmüştü. Bazı yorumlarda kokudan bahsedilmiş, bizi rahatsız eden herhangi bir koku yoktu. Konumu zaten mükemmeldi. Duomo yürüyerek 5 dk. Bu konumda Milanoda her yeri yürüyerek gezebilirsiniz. Tekrar gelsem yine burda kalırım.
Biz gece geç saatte giriş yaptık, sabah 10 da çıkış yaptık. 16.00 daki trenimize kadar valizlerimizi bırakabileceğimizi düşünmüştük ancak bu konuda yardımcı olmadılar. İletişim kurmak için teknolojiyi iyi kullanmak gerekiyor. Satın aldığınız uygulama dışında cevap verilmiyor. Kendilerine ulaşamadığımız için valizlerimizi dışarda "bag-storage" lere bırakmak zorunda kaldık. Bence müşterilerine özel küçük bir dolap ile bu tür konularda yardımcı olunabilir.
