Step inside and enjoy the light, airy layout of this well-appointed villa. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen with an eat-in nook, half bath, and a cozy living area that opens to a private patio deck — a great spot to unwind after a day at the beach.
Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The primary suite features a plush king bed, while the guest bedroom includes a queen bed with a twin bunk above, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or friends. Both bedrooms feature upgraded luxury vinyl plank flooring and a comfortable coastal design that feels fresh and inviting.

This was a great place for our family weekend trip! Quick and easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants are only a few steps farther. It was so wonderful to be able to bring our furry family member!

Had to give lower ratings than I would like. Place could use some basic maintenance. Needed to replace 3 light bulbs and one smoke detector battery in the primary bedroom. A regular maintenance schedule is needed. I imagine most people would just call management but we had pets which means we would have to stay there until maintenance personnel arrived

The unit is very well taken care of and super clean; they allow pets, but it doesn't have any pet smell at all, which is rear even in some of the best places I rented before; they can have a smell because they don't clean them well.
I was very happy with Rob and how he handled everything for us. I'll rent this place again for sure.

I understand half was my fault for booking at the last second, but this place was not worth the money. They couches were dirty and had to place towels to sit, water stains in the ceilings and just not a well kept property.
