Had to give lower ratings than I would like. Place could use some basic maintenance. Needed to replace 3 light bulbs and one smoke detector battery in the primary bedroom. A regular maintenance schedule is needed. I imagine most people would just call management but we had pets which means we would have to stay there until maintenance personnel arrived

The unit is very well taken care of and super clean; they allow pets, but it doesn't have any pet smell at all, which is rear even in some of the best places I rented before; they can have a smell because they don't clean them well.
I was very happy with Rob and how he handled everything for us. I'll rent this place again for sure.

This pet friendly condo was exactly as advertised and exactly what my wife and dog and I were looking for.
First and foremost...The beach is a beautiful short (less than half a mile) walk away... super convenient location.
Shopping and Dining at Coligny Plaza was also less than a mile away and an easy walk to get to. We really appreciated being able to leave the car at home when going to the beach and Coligny and not having to battle the traffic and search for parking spots.
The condo itself was clean and very quiet... beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. These owners were very responsive to any enquiries and the one small issue we had ( a clogged sink in the kitchen that could have happened to anyone) was addressed immediately and without hesitation - nothing bad to say about our experience at all. Check in and out were super simple and efficient and we appreciated the welcome package Rob left for us.
Parking was plentiful at the condo and we never had an issue trying to park close to our unit.
We made several day trips to see the entire island from "heel to toe" and we were never more than 20 minute drive away from any of the other popular locations (Harbour Cove, South Harbour, Tanger Outlets).
We are already planning our next trip back to HHI and we will definitely be trying to get this same condo again.

I understand half was my fault for booking at the last second, but this place was not worth the money. They couches were dirty and had to place towels to sit, water stains in the ceilings and just not a well kept property.
