The main living area on the first floor serves as the heart of the home, with an open concept design connecting seamlessly to the kitchen, dining area, and pool deck, all wrapped in a cozy modern sectional, abundant natural light, and a fireplace for added ambiance. Our family vacation with 7 children (5-13 yrs old) and 5 adults was wonderful! The pictures are very accurate. Lots of big bedrooms and 2 separate living room areas. Table for 12 to sit around comfortably!Host to Coast was responsive but it took the refrigerator 30 hours to cool down. There are 2 refrigerators in the garage so could use one of them because no one available after hours or Sunday. Ping pong table is in garage area and so stuffy and hot so not really usable during this time of year. Overall would recommend

We had a fantastic week at the beach! The house was great. It truly is a short walk to the beach. Our only issue was a leaky toilet in the main floor master bedroom, which started day one and continued throughout our stay. Otherwise, it was a fabulous vacation.

Great property with plenty of room and amenities. We traveled with 3 families with multiple teenagers. The host was very responsive to questions during our stay and checked in to make sure all was ok.

Communication was very consistent 2-3 days prior to check-in and very prompt during our stay. The house itself was great for our group (6 adults & 6 kids). So much space, had everything we needed, very walkable to the beach with littles and the pool was very convenient for us- the pool was even skimmed/cleaned during our stay. The only negatives (but are able to work around) were finding broken glasses in the cupboard, there were only 3 wine glasses available, and upon entering some of the rooms the carpet was worn and nail strips were exposed so our littles kept hurting their feet on the exposed nails. Overall, would definitely look to book again because the location was worth it.
