The skydeck of this property is absolutely gorgeous, and provides an unbeatable view of the Vancouver skyline. We really enjoyed spending time up there, but the rest of the property was not up to this standard. For a stay advertised as a luxurious penthouse, there were a significant amount of things broken, non-functional, blocked off, or otherwise unavailable to guests. Neither of the two dishwashers worked. The house has smart lights and controls throughout, but most of the are blocked off with tape and signs saying "don't touch". The powder room door wouldn't close properly. Thermostats for all rooms are hidden in one closet and similarly "don't touch". We never figured out how to turn on most of the lights on the skydeck, nor operate any of the TVs. The skydeck TV screen had a massive blemish on it. The handrail on the internal spiral staircase had detached from the top, meaning you had nothing to hang on to as you go up and down glass stairs with possibly wet feet. We had to rearrange the mostly empty gas cylinders, and had to choose between using the BBQ or the firepit. It's also not really a 3BR -- it's got one master bedroom, an office with a murphy bed, and a bar area upstairs with a pull-out couch with blinds drawn (again, "don't touch"). We really enjoyed staying here, but there are significant signs of long-term neglect that really should be taken care of on a luxury property charging this much money.

Fantastic location and view - but the place needs some serious repairs. We rented it specifically for the hot tub - which was broken and cold. BOTH drawer dishwashers were broken. The railing on the stairs was broken/loose, hole in the bathroom ceiling, only one key fob for building - no warning about any of this. The master bathroom was not totally clean. Also - a kitchen cabinet door fell off completely on me as I walked by. The manager was responsive, but not at all helpful. He couldn’t fix any of the issues and hasn’t gotten back to me after 2 weeks about a partial refund despite multiple requests. Lastly, it’s not really a 3-bedroom condo. It’s a master bedroom, an office with a Murphy bed, and a loft with no door. So two bedrooms plus open loft.
