This penthouse enjoys a prime Vancouver location, with the best of the city at your doorstep. Here at the edge of Chinatown, Gastown, and downtown, there's so much you can walk to, including the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden, concerts and Canucks games at Rogers Arena (two blocks), Whitecaps matches at BC Place (three blocks), and an abundance of dining and shopping. Back at the building, there's even a pool, a hot tub (in addition to your private one), a sauna, an expansive fitness center, and a barbecue area for your use.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by two walls of floor-to-ceiling glass, filling the space with sunlight and views of the city below. The view, in fact, is your constant companion, whether you're cooking in the sleek, open kitchen (with stainless steel appliances) or watching movies by the crackling fire. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
