• 1 bedroom with a queen bed (no ensuite bathroom).
• 1 sofa bed in the living room (70" × 44"). Width is a bit larger than a twin, but please note the length is only 70"
2nd floor:
• Master bedroom with a King bed and private ensuite bathroom
• Second bedroom with a twin bunk bed.

🛋 Living Room: Stylish lounge with a mounted smart TV, marble coffee table, sofa bed, and large windows that flood the space with natural light. The open-concept layout connects the kitchen island and living area — perfect for relaxing, dining, and spending time together.
🍽 Kitchen: Fully equipped with premium appliances including a Miele oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, and Smeg toaster. From quick breakfasts to family feasts, this kitchen has everything you need.
