Beautiful - Poipu Beach 3bdr/3 bath w full AC, pools, pickleball, athletic club

A wonderfully appointed very clean condo with AC and ceiling fans, excellent mattresses, bed linens and a well stocked kitchen. Being able to walk to 3 beaches was fabulous. Turtles swim to rest on the sand of Poipu Beach! The 2 pools on the grounds of the complex were terrific. Thanks to Michelle for her excellent communication.

This condo was in the perfect location and very comfortable for me, my husband, and our four teenagers. The central AC was a huge plus! We had family staying in another unit without AC in the living areas and it was not nearly as pleasant to hang out there. Our favorite part was the condo pool that overlooked the ocean. We spent hours there! We enjoyed going to the Athletic Club pool as well. We loved being close enough to walk to the beach for swimming or to watch the sunset and down to the pop-up bakery at Brennecke's for coffee in the morning. We had a great 10 days and would definitely stay here again!

5-Star Review: Perfect Poipu Condo Stay!We just returned from a wonderful week at this charming condo in Poipu, Kauai, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home—spotlessly clean with thoughtful touches throughout. The cleaning standard was impeccable; everything sparkled, from the kitchen counters to the bathrooms.The air conditioning units worked beautifully and kept the entire place cool and comfortable even during the warmer afternoons—such a blessing in paradise! The supplies were wonderful too: fully stocked kitchen with quality cookware, plenty of towels and linens, beach gear (cooler, chairs, umbrellas), and even some welcome snacks and toiletries. It made settling in effortless.Location-wise, it’s ideally situated—just a short stroll to the beach (Poipu Beach Park is super close for snorkeling and relaxing) and convenient to shopping and dining at the Poipu Shopping Village and nearby spots. We loved being able to grab groceries, coffee, or souvenirs without a long drive.The condo itself is bright, spacious enough for our family, and the lanai was perfect for morning coffee while listening to the ocean. Everything was exactly as described (or better), and the host was responsive and helpful. We felt safe, relaxed, and truly enjoyed every minute.If you’re considering Poipu, book this place without hesitation. We’ll definitely be back on our next visit to Kauai! Not as close to the beach as expected, but still walkable. The AC was a perfect addition to the place, couldn't imagine it without! The fan and light blew circuits frequently, which the host gave instructions on how to fix. It was annoying to do multiple times, so we ended up not using them. The house was well equipped, but the downstairs couch was extremely uncomfortable with springs pushing through. The host said a replacement was coming, but that was not conveyed in the listing, which made the evenings less enjoyable. The house came with an excellent supply of beach equipment: coolers, bodyboards, umbrellas, chairs, etc. Overall, a good experience and would recommend.
