    Excellent value for money! The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, the restaurant served great food, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. One of the best value hotels in Cebu, I'd happily stay here again.

    Good breakfast choices. Great location just opposite mall and many eateries. Near bus transport too. Room soundproofing could be improved though.

    My stay could have been better if the receptionist’s service matched the manager’s efforts. During check-in, her answers felt scripted and she seemed unwilling to listen to our questions. The attitude came across as unwelcoming, like she didn’t want us to ask anything. When I called for drinking water, her tone was also condescending and fiesty over the phone. In contrast, the manager was accommodating, welcoming, and genuinely tried to improve our experience. We appreciated that. I hope there can be more training on patience, listening, and kindness for the front desk team. Thank you.
