Good location for us and overall house was comfortable
Bathroom wasn’t very clean, loose paint on floor and bath side broken so shower water went inside

Convenient and fair but room to improve.
No banister rail and so not the easiest and in fact did not feel safe. Some damp in the wardrobe in the double bed bedroom. Damage to the wall in the kitchen by the back door. Door lock not easy when dark. The property was near to family we were visiting so convenient. If it had been better we would have definitely booked it again and other family members would also have used it. Shame garden was not useable since the weather was great and we could have sat outside for breakfast b

Good value short term stay to visit yarm and surrounding area
Very good comms from the company, had everything it needed in the kitchen. Everything worked with TV, heating, WiFi etc big wardrobes etc. It was more of a house than a holiday let really. Beds were soft, but I liked that, good space and relatively cheap in today's extortionate rentals market.
Door handle entry was really fiddly on a smart lock and wouldn't let us in for about 5 mins at night once including sounding an alarm. Might have been my fault but if so because it's a fiddly lock at night and the door (just the first time) did not want to open. Garden was ropey but fine for the dog to go out for morning use.
