Location very good for Oksaka metro. Lots of eating options nearby. Good facilities for self catering as well.
Could do with a comfortable chair to sit in. The instructions might mention that if arriving by the nearest metro (Tenjiba-shisuji-6-chome), seek out exit 13 and you will be right there. Some of the other exits leave you a long way away.
