Entire house in quiet area walking distance to several konbinis and the fanciest laundromat I've ever seen. The home is super clean with 2 washrooms!

Nice quiet neighborhood. Clean house. Almost all necessary things. So important for hot summer - very good air conditioning. Comfortable beds in bedroom. Nakatsu station 16 min (Midosuji line), Temma station 15 min (Osaka loop line), Tenjimbashisuji 6-chome Station 7 min (Sakaisuji line, Hankyu-Senri Line), Umeda station 15 min walking... Umbrellas available (you never know when it might rain)! Very good value for money and good place to visit city if you want silent location not too far from transportation. 7Eleven 5 min walk (ATM, food). Good washing machine. Good water pressure.

It's more like one bedroom, one living room apartment. Excellent place for 2 people, ok for 3, somewhat narrow for 4 people. We came for visiting city, not to stay too much inside, so it was ok for family of four. We had 2 double beds in bedroom and one mattress on tatami in living room (living room next to toilet and bathroom). Small bathroom by Europe standards, but it was ok. No TV like in photos (not that we needed it). Google map coordinates slightly wrong, but if you check entrance picture before, shouldn't be a problem.
