The location is unbeatable. You are close to both the train that can get you to kyoto/nara/kobe and to the brown line that can get you to dotonbori in 20min. The brown line station is literally less than 3 minutes away. There is a gym in the building thats pretty good, for additional payment. The host was fast to reply and provided additional things I needed immediately, also allowed early check in. Very grateful for that. For the price and the location you get for it, its a really good option,. I enjoyed my stay greatly overall.

There are several things I think could be improved. The A/C was blowing wind too hard and I kinda struggled between making it too warm or too cold throughout my stay. The shower head is low pressure and very cheap. The bathroom in general is very small and kinda crampy. Although the main room is big. Also the entrance had a homeless guy chilling near it for like a week lol. But I never felt unsafe at all, its a good neigborhood. Some people complained in comments about sounds from the road and yes I heard some but it never ever disturbed me, its really not that bad. Also the table was VERY small width-wise. Overall yes, the place had some cons, but I traveled all over japan for 6 months and this is the best place in terms of what you get for your money.

The property was clean, very accessible and we highly recommend it.👍
