Good quite location , Really good facilities. Very approachable and communicative owner. Richard was very down to earth and nothing was too much trouble for him to sort out for me and my son , Josh while we were staying there. Richard sorted out a visitor parking permit for my friend who came to visit me and my son, the Friday evening we were staying there.
The only slight thing was the heating which I struggled with initially although it improved massively as our stay went on.

Excellent location. The house was immaculate and stylish. The host was very responsive. Lovely touches like toiletries and tea/coffee. Quiet street even though a Saturday, it felt safe. We got parked fairly close with the permit Richard arranged. The beds were very comfortable. We even looked for dates for our next trip to Rugby but it was already booked! Considering a travelodge was £60 and we would have had to share a bed, getting a whole house and a room each for £100 was a no brainer.
This did not bother us, but the stairs are very steep with no handrail. It could do with a few more drinking glasses. And normal milk sachets instead of oat milk would have been better for us.
