Location, cleanliness, and apartment layout.
The bed was s……, couch was uncomfortable. Oh, did I mention the bed! There weren’t house instructions and no WiFi available the first day. QR code wasn’t correct.

Clean space, modern interiors, good internet (sometimes patchy), clear instructions and all facilities + utensils provided. The best feature was quiet area even though it was facing main road with private allocated parking!
The bed mattress was not the best, it had a traditional spring/coil mattress, so it wasn’t very comfortable compared to modern memory foam ones. Still was able to have good nights rest.

The location on Dunchurch Road is ideal for getting to the town centre, hospital and retail parks.
I liked there was a parking space.
TV with a range of viewing channels.
Quiet neighbours, peaceful and although Dunchurch Road is a main road, I was not at all disturbed.
There did seem to be a smell of stale cigarette smoke which I reported.
Needs a bath mat as you have to climb into the bath to use the shower, to prevent anyone slipping.

The apartment was clean and comfortable enough for what we required. It was a great private location with good parking space, although it was a little difficult to find the parking in the dark/with instructions provided.
The WIFI password was not correct so had to use our data all the time.
There was not enough towels at arrival but the response from the host was prompt and was resolved ASAP.
