Railway Apartments Rugby

Good proximity to the railway station, clean and modern and some nice touches that mad the stay comfortable

Could have done with a contact number, it was hot and could open windows in apartment2. Also could do with soundproofing the place next door was noisy

It was quite literally a home from a home.

Some of the door handles were faulty but notified staff and they acknowledged.

The apartment was in a good location close to local amenities such as the train station and Tesco's Express. The kitchen and lounge area have a modern feel and look very nice. Despite the main road outside, the apartment is very quiet.

The bedroom and bathroom compared to the rest of the apartment looked quite tired and could do with a freshen up. The bathroom and shower taps for example are quite corroded and the furniture in the bedroom compared to the kitchen looks a lot more dated. Unfortunately upon arrival, I found the induction hob had a large crack on it and was showing a fault. Due to the hot weather, the apartment was quite warm and being on the ground floor and with the main road outside I did not want to open the windows at night. A fan would have been a nice addition. Finally something to consider is some curtains. The blinds do not offer much blockage against the sunlight, especially in the bedroom.

I liked the convenient location. The atmosphere was cozy, and everything I needed was close at hand.

What I didn’t like was that it was dirty — the dishes, including the forks and spoons, were dirty; the bedding was stained; when we unfolded the sofa, we were shocked to find a dirty sheet that hadn’t been removed, and there was a lot of dirt behind the sofa.
