A kilátás pazar, ezért megéri a Lungomare-tól több mint 300 lépcsőt megmászni minden alkalommal. Tulajdonképpen két terasz áll rendelkezésre, bent tágas terek, kényelmes ágyak, privát parkolója van.
A hangszigetelés az alsó felső lakás felől rossz, hallani azt is, ha szól a tévé náluk. A konnektorok állapota balesetveszélyes lehet kisebb gyermekekkel és mindenképp óvatosan nyúljunk hozzájuk a konyhában, szobákban. Ez nem negatívum, hanem információ a többi vendégnek: A mosogatógéphez érdemes vinni tablettát, legalábbis nekünk nem volt bekészítve, mosógéphez szintén.
