The apartment is located in a quiet area of Opatija.
Bright, modern, cozy, 35 m² ground-floor apartment with 1 single bed (160x190) and a sofa in the room. Bedding and towels are included.
The apartment is well-equipped with: air conditioning, refrigerator, two-burner stove, microwave, TV with over 60 channels, electric kettle, a full set of kitchen utensils for moderately simple meal preparation, and a hair dryer. Wi-Fi is fast and free.
The apartment sleeps up to 3 people.
Tap water is safe to drink. The apartment has its own water heater, an 80-liter boiler. The boiler switch must be set to “ON.”
An ideal starting point for excursions such as the Plitvice Lakes, the Istrian Peninsula (Pula, Rovinj, Umag, Poreč), the islands of Cres or Krk, the Gorski Kotar region, Učka Nature Park, Venice....
