La encargada fue muy amable, nos atendió muy bien, incluso haciendo la reserva a última hora. Nos ayudó para aparcar y estuvo pendiente en todo momento que nos hizo falta. Nos encantó el tocadiscos y la ubicación

Прекрасные апартаменты в самом центре. Рядом есть продуктовые магазины BILLA , много кафешек . В квартире есть практически всё для комфортного проживания : стиральная/сушильная машина, посудомойка, духовка, вся посуда, кофемашина, сушка на террасе, вен , большой холодильник, кондиционер. В ванной хороший свет и хороший напор воды, также есть все моющие средства для стирки и уборки. В наличии также чай/кофе.

Было немножко тяжело поднимать и спускать багаж. Дом старинный, поэтому нет лифта. Поэтому для пожилых людей или с ограничениями, парам с детьми с коляской будет немножко тяжело, но вид с балкона потрясающий.

Awesome location, great interior and terrace - looks exactly as on the pictures. If you are looking for quiet and cozy place in the heart of Sofia AND you are quiet, peaceful and with manageable amount of luggage - this is your place.

The apartment is an absolute gem for the money, and yet - nothing in this world is perfect. Three considerations to have in mind: 1) If you are with a car - parking is a nightmare in this area and even if you find a spot - for non-residents it is limited to 2 hours in the daytime. After that - you will be towed away. 2) Not an issue for us, but for those with lots/heavy luggage - the apartment is on the last floor and with no elevator. 3) If you are (subjectively) not the quietest people - the floors are apparently quite thin and the neighbor from the floor below came up and (very nicely and politely) asked my wife not to walk with her high heels shoes inside, as they could hear every step and almost every word... Not an issue for us, but worth having in mind.

Poor management and rude owner. The instructions to enter the building were poor. This was my 40th country. I ended up on the other side of the building as there are two entrances. She seem annoyed I had contacted her (it was dark) and stated that most people just work it out. I said the instructions are poorly worded and I said I would change them before leaving. I have done so, for future travelers. She also did not mention that there was a switch you needed to press to turn on hot water which is behind the bathroom door and needs time to heat up, resulting in a day without hot water. When I told her such details should be told before or on arrival. She was rude referring to how I make mistakes, just like I went the wrong way. This was despite me saying that I would again kindly, add this the check-in instructions. Some of the furnishings while nice in style are old. The table and sofa for example. One of the remote controls for the electric blinds is mounted upside down, so repeatedly falls down when you try to pick it up. No complimentary water or washing machine tablet left for guest to use. Hopefully the above will be changed as overall it was a nice flat. And the owner will learn her lesson.
