Sunny and Modern 1BDR Apartment in the Center

It's my second time at this place and I knew what to expect. The location is unbeatable - in the center with lots of restaurants, books stores, general stores, and many theaters. At a walkable distance from every main attraction in the center of Sofia and well connected with the rest thanks to subway and trams. The apartment looks like the photos and has the mentioned amenities. The customer service from the company owning the apartment was also good - timely information and fast replies.

The place has gone downhills since my last visit in terms of cleanness. I strongly suggest changing the cleaning company or person, because despite the comfort the apartment provides, it all goes down the drain due to the filth. The main issues are: - dirty windows and kitchen cabinets, stains on the walls - you don't even need to repaint them, just to clean them thoroughly with wet clout; - stains on the sofa - I suggest using a sofa cover, that can be washed after every guest; - piles of dust on all the floors, in every corner; - the wardrobe in the bedroom has broken hindges and is filled with appliances that shouldn't be there; - the balcony door in the bedroom doesn't close tightly (problem with the sealing strips maybe), so noise and cold air come through; - the towel hangers need to be outside, not inside the shower cabin; - there's enough space for a complete shower cabin, why are the walls only in half? - I couldn't switch on the TV ("No Signal"); - it would be useful for the sockets to be near the bed, not far away on the wall (how about changing the position of the bed?) The building, although old, isn't bad at all, like some people here describe it. It's just that, when using the stairs, the LEDs don't switch on while you're walking between floors, but only when you reach the floor. Put a label on the lock box as there's none currently and there are 4 lock boxes at the entrance! One ends up wondering which is the right one.

Alcune sedie erano già rotte. Un po' di pulizia in più non farebbe male, ma comunque struttura pulita e igienica.

La struttura era moderna ben arredata e pulita. La posizione è buona vicino al centro, in zona ci sono molti locali, bar e ristoranti, anche se la zona è un po' rumorosa la sera.

Trovare l'indirizzo non è stato semplice perché si trova dietro l'angolo di una via secondaria in un androne e stavano facendo dei lavori vicnino, quindi con le impalcature il numero civico non era visibile, ma l'host è stato disponibile ad aiutarci al telefono. La doccia non ha la porta quindi quando ci si lava il bagno tende ad allagarsi.
