Green House

Die Wohnung ist neu und modern mit großer Terrasse. Die Räumlichkeiten sind allgemein groß. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls sehr gut, man kommt sehr schnell in das Zentrum (nur wenige Gehminuten). In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Lebensmittelhändler, Bars und Restaurants.

Aufgrund der Neuwertigkeit der Wohnung sollten noch Dinge ergänzt werden wie Handtuchhalter im Bad und ein Spiegel wären auch nicht schlecht. Es befindet sich nur ein Spiegel im Bad oberhalb dem Waschbecken.

There were whole body mirrors missing.

The apartment is very convenient and well equipped. We had nearly everything we needed. When we checked in, the air conditioning wasn't working properly, but the host succesfully solved the issue the next day. We were very grateful and enjoyed cool air. There were a lot of free parking spaces nearby which was great as we rented a car. Unfortunately there are no good beaches near this location that could be accessed by foot. So you might also need a car to travel around. The nice free beach with free parking was at Tri Buchi (small but cosy). We also liked the free beach near Lido Bambu (parking was paid). The old town is easily accessible by foot, in 10-min walk. There is a good cafe in the nearest building, with great coffee and pastry, and it works almost all the day round. A supermarket is in 5-min walk. Overall, a great location.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious with a nice bathroom and lots of cupboard space. Also very good position for train station and town centre (10 minutes walk). There was a bar across the street which did lovely coffee and croissants for breakfast. We loved the comfortable, blue sofa. Lots of nearby parking if needed.

It was a little noisy at times from outside traffic and neighbours. It was a little too basic and lacked mirrors in the bedrooms (maybe inside cupboard doors?) a chair in the bedrooms, outside furniture/chairs and basic implements for self catering eg. cloths, cleaning materials, condiments and wine glasses.
